- Located just off the main strip in Bayswater, not far from the train station, with low-profile frontage.
- Simple rooms: massage table, heater, small furniture and basic supplies.
- Noise and layout are typical old-school suburban shop, focused on function over décor.
Providers
- Mix of Chinese, Hong Kong and broader Asian therapists, mostly late 30s–50s.
Services and session style
- Massages range from semi-decent relaxation/deep tissue to very perfunctory if you’ve already negotiated FS.
- Strong teasing patterns: ball play, and edging before the flip.
- Extras include:HJ to FS often with good participation.
- Some sessions include genuine feeling GFE, others are quick, transactional punts.
Pricing and options
- Massage prices: about $50 for 30 minutes.
- Common FS deals reported around $100–$150 all-in.
- Some offer structured menus (HJ / BS / FS), others agree to a single all-inclusive figure up front.

- Flip comes with clear discussion of extras.
- Many reports mention going close to or slightly over time, with at least a short back massage or tidy-up at the end.
Overall experience
- Regarded as a no-nonsense Bayswater FS shop: discreet, direct and relatively good value.
- Recommended if you want straightforward full service with minimal game-playing; less ideal if you prioritise a polished massage-only experience.
